Basic breathing exercise for grounding, relaxation and inner peace in your body and mind (Standing):

The following exercise is intended as a basic breathing exercise to get to know and feel your body and your breathing step by step, for better grounding, relaxation and inner peace in your body and mind. You can do this breathing exercise as many times as you want and extend the duration according to your needs.
Preparation:
Step 1: Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
Step 2: Spread your feet wider or narrower.
Step 3: Straighten or bend your knees as far as it feels most stable for you.
Step 4: Tilt your pelvis more towards the back or the front whatever feels most comfortable for you.
Step 5: Bring your chest more towards the back or front.
Step 6: Roll your shoulders more towards the back or front whatever feels best for you at that moment.
Step 7: Straighten your neck and bring your chin more down or up so that your head can rest relaxed and stable in your neck and shoulder area.

Performance:

Step 8: Take a few deep breaths by inhaling deeply in and exhaling slowly out.
Take a few deep breaths in and out. And breath even deeper out.

Step 9: Stand in such a way that you feel a straight line with your body in complete alignement from your crown to the ground.
Step 10: Stand like this with your arms relaxed at your sides.
Step 11: Try to feel your breathing in your body.
Step 12: Feel free to move whenever you need it but return everytime to  your starting standing position.
Step 13: Continue to feel your breathing in your body and what it does to your body.
Step 14: Give yourself the time and space to feel the breathing in your body.
Step 15: Allow your feelings and thoughts pass by but bring everytime your attention back to feel and observe your body and your breathing. Stay like this for a minute or more.
Step 16: As soon as you feel that this exercise of feeling and observing your body and your breathing is finished, step out of your standing position and stretch and move your body if you feel necessary.
Step 17: Thank yourself for doing this exercise.
