The health effects of the new moon and solar eclipse (11-08-2018)

In the days before a new moon your body has more the tendency to release waste material and toxins. In the best situation you might notice that you need more rest and sleep and/or that you have to go more often to the toilet. When your body has more difficulties to release you can suffer from tiredness, headache, migraine, digestion problems, muscle pain, unclear skin and foggy mind. In combination with a solar eclipse the clearing process of the new moon effect will be more intensified. Therefore it's even more important to support your body and mind by doing more grounding exercises, eating & drinking light and clean, enjoying salt baths and having enough sleep and physical exercise. The effect of the full moon lunar eclipse/blood moon:
- Friday evening there's a full moon lunar eclipse also known as a blood moon. During a blood moon the moon moves through the shadow of the earth. We see it red colored because of the sunlight being refracted by earth's atmosphere.
- Around a full moon the moon brings everything to the surface concerning your waterelement. For example your sensuality, fertility, creativity, finance, relationships and emotions. For example purple rice with its intense dark color is rich of antioxidants, iron and folic acid that are important to optimize the recovery of the endometrium, the quality of the spermcells and improve your stamina.

Many of us have the tendency to drink cold liquids during summertime. But cold drinks give your stomach's digestive fire a shock, that will take unnecessary energy from your body to digest what has been just drank. On those hot warm summer days I love to drink fresh made fruit juice to quench my thirst and refresh my body temperature. To prevent to much cold entering my stomach I make sure that the juice is around room temperature. And by adding some grounded spices for example cinnamon, ginger and/or cardemom I stimulate my digestive fire to transform my fresh made fruit juice in valuable nutrients for my body.
